That’s why we’ve taken it upon ourselves to roast our own, sourcing beans directly from Kintamani, Bali. Coffee roasting is a practice requiring skill, patience and attention to detail and our expert team have taken time to hone their craft, creating the perfect cuppa in every batch. The roasting process begins with selection of the best quality beans. Once washed and sun-dried, beans are loaded into our unique roaster designed to maximise the flavour and aroma from every batch. Throughout the roasting process the beans undergo several stages of transformation, each one carefully monitored to achieve the perfect roast. Using their heightened sense of sight, sound and smell, our experts adjust the temperature and time of the roasting process to determine when the beans are ready. They make precise adjustments to ensure consistency and flavour before each fresh roast is packaged and ready to be served.  The result is rich and flavourful and unique to Kopi & Kue.
