ATM’s

ATM machines are conveniently located across the road from the lobby. BCA & Mandiri banks are nearby. Commonwealth Bank is on the Sunset Road.

CONVENIENCE STORE

Lobby Shop is located adjacent to the lobby and open from 9 am till 7 pm. Mini Marts are open 24 hours a day and are located in the street in front of the hotel.

DEPARTURE LOUNGE

The Departure Lounge is available for guests to freshen up before going to the Airport. It is located on the 1st floor in the north wing and open daily from 12 noon till late.

• FIRE : In case of fire please do not use the elevator. Evacuate from the building via
  the nearest exit.
• FIREWORKS : Fireworks are not allowed in the resort. Security will confiscate all fireworks and return them to you on departure.
• FISH FEEDING : Please do not feed the fish with the bread from the breakfast buffet. Please contact Breakfast Staff for fish food (a small charge is applied).
• SMOKING : We respect your right to smoke. However, our rooms are non smoking. An extra cleaning charge of IDR 1,000,000 will be applied if guests smoke in the room. It would be appreciated if you could enjoy your cigarette on the balcony but keep the room door closed.
• SWIMMING POOL : Main Pool is open from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.
  Beach Pool is open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  Children swimming are responsibility of their parent or guardian. They must be supervised by their parents or designated adult. Guests swim at their own risk.
  Serenity Spa Pool is open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
  Please note the Serenity Spa Pool is adult only, no children.
